A review of emergency food security assessment practice in Tajikistan

An Emergency Food Security Assessment training for INGOs, partners and government counterparts took place in Kurgan-Tube City of Khatlon Region from 28 to 30 January 2014. Save the Children in Tajikistan has also been invited to participate in EFSA training as an active member of REACT (Rapid emergency Assessment and Coordination Team) in Khatlon Region. The main purpose of the training was to improve the ability of partners to plan and manage possible natural disasters and implement emergency food security assessments.
